Company: Southern Steel Mesh Sdn Bhd_Klang. 

Job Description 

      (a) Banking and Treasury functions 

  • Tracking AD (Actual Debt) and meet ADC (Actual Debt Ceiling)
  • Prepare Daily Cash Float, prepare Repo placement and Oversea Payment
  • Prepare BA, BG and LC documents and submit to banks
  • Monitoring and offsetting raw material payment
  • Prepare treasury reports and submit to SSB Corporate Finance and HL Finance
  • Prepare monthly forecast and budget cash flow
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and submit to SFM and HL Finance

       (b) Assets Management 

  • Monthly assets closing and provide depreciation cost
  • Track and verfity CER (Capital Expenditures Request) and analyse payback
  • Prepare and compile for CAPEX budget listing
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly report and submit to SSB Corporate Finance

      (c) Insurance and others 

  • Review annual insurance premium
  • Report cases if any and follow up with the claim
  • Track and monitoring for licensing and contract's due date and make renewal
  • Establish Document Library System
  • Frequent review of policy and ensure compliance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. 
  • Audit experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional accounting firm / manufacturing industry 
  • Good analytical skills, able to work independently as well as lead a team. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the ability to work well with all levels.

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation.
  • Coordinate with all the operating companies finance department for Group information Analysis.
  • Compilation of data from all the subsidiaries for group reporting purpose.
  • Assisting in monthly group reporting, quarterly announcement and annual report.
  • Preparing of group forecast / Annual budget.
  • Preparing financial analysis.
  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Validation of information to ensure accuracy.
  • Assisting in group credit control function.
  • Continuous improvement on reporting process.
  • Ad hoc assignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in Audit Firm.

  • Work with management to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

  • Analyze employee engagement surveys and develop plans to improve employee retention
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations in collaboration with managers

Job Description 

  • Coordinate all truck arrangements and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Perform all logistic administrative tasks in accordance with established procedures, including the GR (Goods Received) and GI (Goods Issued) of raw materials, to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee weighing activities at the weighing bridge to ensure accurate measurements and recording of materials.
  • Liaise with the planning and production departments to ensure the timely readiness of goods for delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain proper document filing procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations, including record-keeping and document retention policies.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management, which may include but are not limited to training, team management, or project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate / Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experiences in logistic operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Responsible for software programming especially for web base application development.
  • Work with functional team and other developer to design software logic and flow.
  • Recommend standard for coding and produce clean, efficient code based on specification.
  • Integrate software components and third-party program.
  • Verify and deploy program/system.
  • Enhance, debug or upgrade existing software
  • Create technical specification (TS) for development job done.
  • Design and develop interface program to integrate with machine/PLC.
  • Install and support plant automation system.
  • Support and maintain plant computers, network and infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prefer with working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduate also encourages to apply.
